Volunteer Application

Evergreen Healthcare offers two opportunities for potential volunteers.  Our hospital-based volunteering program assists with a wide variety of tasks in the medical center.  Our hospice and palliative care program provides assistance at the hospice center along with opportunities to assist to hospice patients in their homes.
